Pham Foundation reflects a Vietnamese-American family story shaped by immigration, education, hard work, and service.
The Foundation exists to turn those values into practical support for students, families, schools, and community institutions. The approach is steady and deliberate: give thoughtfully, manage responsibly, keep clear records, and build charitable traditions that can continue for generations.

Our first promise as a foundation.
Supporting institutions that promote scientific literacy, environmental care, innovation, nature, environmental stewardship, and hands-on discovery learning.
These four San Francisco Bay Area institutions were among the Foundation’s first promises when Pham Foundation began in 2021.
The California Academy of Sciences, Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Gardens of Golden Gate Park, and the Exploratorium gave our family many meaningful days together — family outings, quiet teaching moments, and opportunities for our daughters to experience science, nature, environment, and human engineering not as abstract ideas, but as living experiences.
Because of that, the Foundation made a lasting promise to support these institutions in perpetuity. They represent the kind of learning we value: curiosity, care for the natural world, respect for discovery, and confidence in human creativity.
California Academy of Sciences
